Some information about our founders, our philosophy and motive.
Julia Lane-Anderson, MA,
Co-founder of Sincere Pursuits, LLC and author of Talk About It-Divorce has been working with children and families since 1990. With a Master of Arts degree in Counseling & Psychotherapy, she has been successful in designing and implementing innovative programs for children and their families.
Ms. Lane-Anderson set up one of the first supervised visitation centers in East Central Minnesota while researching best practices for cooperative co-parenting. Through private practice, she has conducted family counseling and mediation for individuals of all ages.
Ms. Lane-Anderson has a deep passion for families going through a divorce. Her own experience with divorce and her children's success in thriving after divorce fuels her desire to help others be successful, too.
Vicki Lesmann,
President and Co-Founder of Sincere Pursuits, LLC has been described as dynamic, progressive and truly visionary in her field, with an unmatched dedication and passion for building businesses with vision, values and views. In addition, Vicki is owner of Quad "V" Coaching, which was founded to assist business owner's succeed through operating on basic, sound and proven business principles.
With more than two decades of operational and management experience, Vicki Lesmann has developed a sharp eye for how businesses can lose vision and focus and how they can strategically restore that mission while gaining success.
She has coached presidents, CFO's and CEO's and worked with their organizations to improve performance and support development.
Vicki is also extremely committed to youth volunteerism and community development.
